1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kush-Tech Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to AI/ML engineering, software development, data analytics, and consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Kush-Tech Solutions offers a range of IT consulting services, including:

  • AI and Machine Learning model development and deployment.
  • Full-stack software architecture and engineering.
  • Data Science and Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and network security audits.
  • Academic tutoring and independent research assistance.

The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any given project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a written contract, all intellectual property rights, including code, algorithms, research findings, and documentation produced during a consulting engagement, remain the property of Kush-Tech Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, a license or transfer of rights will be granted as specified in the project agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

Clients and users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the execution of services.
  • Ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any data or assets provided to Kush-Tech Solutions for processing or development.
  • Not use our services for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kush-Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
